Booking Links

Let customers choose an appointment time from a link in your messages or a booking page on your website.

In the CRM: Calendar → Booking Links

Make the next step easy for customers

A booking link gives an interested customer a simple next step: choose an available time. Put it in an email, a text-message template, your social profile or a website page to turn enquiries into scheduled conversations.

For example, a home-services company can offer a 30-minute consultation with a short gap between visits. A lead-generation agency can use a booking page to arrange a qualification call before delivering an opportunity to a buyer.

Use a customer-friendly title and choose how much time to allow for each appointment. Example settings shown. Select the image to enlarge it.

Create and personalize your booking page

  1. Open Calendar → Booking Links. If this is your first page, select Create Booking Link.
  2. Enter a Booking Page Title that tells customers what they are booking. Add a short description explaining what to expect.
  3. Choose a memorable Booking URL, using 3–50 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens after the slash. Wait for the availability and save result before sharing it.
  4. Choose the theme, primary color and any image or logo options you want for your business.
  5. Set Slot Duration to the appointment length. Set Buffer Time for the gap you need between bookings, and Max Booking Advance for how far ahead customers can book.
  6. Write the Confirmation Message customers should see after booking. Decide whether a phone number is required.
  7. Turn on Booking link is active, save your changes and check the Live Preview.

Many controls save when you change them or leave the field. Watch the save result, use Save Changes to finish, and reopen the page to check the settings you intend to publish.

Choose who receives booking notifications

Select Send email notification on new booking when you want booking emails. Add team addresses in Additional notification emails if other people need to prepare for the appointment. You can enter up to five addresses, separated by commas or new lines.

  1. Enter the people who need the booking information, such as a shared appointments mailbox or the team coordinator.
  2. Wait for the saved confirmation, then make a booking with an email address you control.
  3. Check the appointment in Mango9 and the expected notification inboxes, including spam folders.

The Confirmation Message is the text shown on the booking page. Email notifications are a separate option; test both parts of the customer experience.
