Agent Guide

Complete guide for agents using Mango9 to manage leads, campaigns, communications, and more.

What is an Agent?

An Agent is a user account type in Mango9 with permissions to manage leads, communicate with contacts, and participate in campaigns. Agents have access to a subset of features compared to full Client accounts, focused on day-to-day operational tasks.

Your administrator (Client) creates your agent account and assigns you to campaigns where you can generate and manage leads.

Agent Dashboard

Your dashboard shows a simplified overview of your activity including:

  • Leads you've created or been assigned
  • Appointments scheduled
  • Recent communications
  • Campaign assignments and performance

Lead Management

Access Lead Fusion from Sidebar > Lead Fusion to manage contacts.

Leads

View, add, and manage leads. Update status, add notes, and track activity.

Clients

Manage converted clients separately from leads.

Groups

Organize contacts into groups for easier management.

Find Leads

Use Lead Finder to discover new prospects (if API key is configured).

My Campaigns

If you're assigned to campaigns as an agent (earning commissions), access your campaigns from Sidebar > My Campaigns.

Dashboard

View your campaign performance and commission summary.

My Leads

Leads you've generated that have been sold.

My Appointments

Appointments you've booked that have been sold.

Billing History

Track your commission payouts.

Communications

Communicate with leads and clients using multiple channels:

Conversations

SMS and internal chat with contacts and team members.

Live Chat

Real-time chat with website visitors.

Calendar

Manage your schedule and appointments from Sidebar > Calendar.

  • View and manage your appointments
  • Access calendar widgets for booking
  • Sync with external calendars (if configured)

Phone Features

As an agent, you can view your assigned phone number and use the browser extension for calls:

  • Active Number: View your assigned phone number
  • Browser Phone: Make and receive calls via the browser extension
  • Agent Assist: AI coaching during calls (if enabled by admin)
