Agent Dashboard

Start the day with a clear view of your leads, customers and appointments.

In the CRM: Agent account → Dashboard

See the work available to you

The agent dashboard summarizes records owned by you and records shared with you. It helps you choose where to start: new enquiries to follow up, customers to contact or appointments to prepare for.

Sign into your own agent account and choose Dashboard. The account owner’s dashboard and a call-center agent dashboard serve different roles; your assigned work determines the view you see.

Fictional example in the current native dashboard: 12 owned leads, eight shared leads, four owned clients and two shared clients. Select the image to enlarge it.

Understand the summary cards

CardHow to use it
Total LeadsRead the owned and shared counts, then choose View Leads to work with the records you can access.
ClientsFind customers already handled as clients and choose View Clients for their details.
GroupsOpen View Groups to find the contact collections used to organize work.
My Balance, when shown for a buyerReview the buyer account balance separately from the number of leads or appointments.

Read the appointment and lead charts

My Appointments compares owned and shared appointments. Leads Overview compares owned leads, shared leads and clients. These are work counts, not sales revenue.

Use the Lead Status Breakdown farther down the dashboard to understand how the owned and shared lead lists are distributed across their statuses. Keep contact statuses current after a conversation so the summary remains useful.

Choose the next useful action

For example, a home-services team can review its shared enquiries in the morning, call the people ready to discuss a project and use the Calendar to prepare for booked consultations. My Campaigns provides a separate view of campaign-delivered opportunities.

  1. Review the new and shared work at the start of the day.
  2. Open the relevant lead or client list and find the customer record.
  3. Read previous notes and conversations before contacting the customer.
  4. Confirm the next action: answer a question, arrange a consultation or follow up on a quote.
  5. Update the record and appointment details so the team can pick up the conversation.
