My Appointments
Prepare for booked customer conversations and follow the appointments delivered by your campaigns.
In the CRM: Agent or buyer account → My Campaigns → My Appointments
Know who is booked and why
My Appointments lists the appointments shared through your campaigns. Each row shows the customer, campaign, phone, email, status and appointment date and time. It gives the receiving person a focused view of the booked opportunities they need to handle.
A consultation campaign can turn a website enquiry or configured AI conversation into a booking. The assigned person can review the customer and campaign before the appointment, then open the Calendar for the event details.
Prepare for the next appointment
- Select the relevant campaign and status, such as Scheduled. Add a date range if needed.
- Search for the customer by name, phone or email.
- Check the Date & Time column and the campaign that supplied the booking.
- Open the three-dot Actions menu and choose View in Calendar. It opens the Calendar at that appointment’s date.
- Review the event and customer details, then prepare the questions or information needed for the consultation.
- Use Refresh to reload current records or Clear to remove the filters.
Follow notes and review requests
My Notes and System Notes show the dispute reason and resolution details when they exist. Click a note to read its full text. The Actions menu offers a dispute request for eligible appointments and shows the current review outcome.
Describe the specific issue when requesting a review, so the campaign owner can investigate the right booking. Submit sends the request; Cancel closes the form without sending it.
Make the booking part of the marketing journey
For a local-service business, use the first conversation to understand the enquiry, book the consultation and send a prepared confirmation from the business number. Staff can continue the SMS conversation when the customer has a question or needs help.
Keep the account’s city-based time zone correct, such as Los Angeles, and include the intended local time in customer-facing templates. A clear confirmation helps the customer arrive prepared and gives the team a consistent follow-up process.
