Billing History
Understand the campaign entries behind received leads, appointments and purchased calls.
In the CRM: Agent or buyer account → My Campaigns → Billing History
Connect campaign activity to its cost
Billing History brings the campaign entries into a dated list. Use it to see what an opportunity was billed as, which pricing tier applied and the status of the entry. The available account balance is shown separately.
For a buyer comparing two marketing campaigns, filter each campaign over the same dates and review its entries alongside the leads and appointments received. That gives a clearer view of what the campaign delivered for the spend.
Read the totals correctly
| Summary | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Account Balance | Available credits reported for the account; it is separate from the table’s totals. |
| Displayed total | Net amount of the entries currently displayed under the selected campaign and date filters. Returned entries reduce this total. |
| This Month | Net amount of the displayed entries dated in the current month. Month boundaries follow the browser’s local calendar. |
| Pending | Amount of displayed entries whose status is pending. |
Review and export the entries
For example, the illustrated list includes $25 and $50 paid entries, a $15 pending entry and a $10 returned entry. The displayed net is $80. The older $50 entry is outside the current month, so the current-month net is $30. Reading the summaries or exporting the list does not move account funds.
- Select the campaign and date range you want to review.
- Check the transaction date, campaign, type and customer or item.
- Read the pricing tier and status alongside the amount. Returned entries appear as negative amounts.
- Choose Export CSV to obtain the campaign/date export for your records.
- If an entry needs investigation, give the campaign owner its date, campaign, customer or item, status and amount.
