My Settings

Match incoming campaign leads and daily spend to the capacity of your buyer business.

In the CRM: Buyer account → My Settings

Choose a workload your team can handle

My Settings gives a buyer receiving controls for each available campaign. The campaign owner sets the maximum lead count, budget and delivery rules; the buyer can choose lower daily caps to fit their own team.

For example, the owner may allow ten home-service enquiries and $250 per day. A two-person sales team can choose five enquiries and $125 while it builds a reliable follow-up routine. Leads Today and Spend Today show how the current day compares with those choices.

Set capacity and save it

  1. Open the campaign card you want to adjust.
  2. Read the owner’s maximums and your current daily usage.
  3. Enter your own daily lead cap and budget at or below the owner’s limits.
  4. Choose Pause Receiving Leads when you need to stop new lead delivery, or return it to Active when ready to receive again.
  5. Select Save Settings on that campaign card. Editing a field or toggling pause alone does not save the change.
  6. Check the saved state before relying on the new receiving arrangement.

Use receiving controls in a marketing plan

A seasonal business can keep a modest daily cap while staffing is light, then increase it within the agreed campaign limits when more people are available. A buyer preparing for a holiday can pause the relevant lead campaign and resume when the team returns.

Use Billing History to review the spend and My Leads to follow up on opportunities already received. These controls manage lead receiving; staff still need to handle their existing customer conversations and appointments.
