Workflow Triggers
Complete reference of all available workflow triggers that start automations.
Triggers are events that start a workflow. When a trigger fires, the workflow evaluates any conditions and executes the configured actions. Mango9 currently supports 40+ triggersacross leads, appointments, calls, messaging, and billing.
Lead Triggers

| lead_created | Fires when a new lead is added |
| lead_assigned | Fires when a lead is assigned to a user |
| lead_shared | Fires when a lead is shared with another user |
| lead_status_changed | Fires when lead status is updated |
| lead_converted | Fires when a lead is converted to a client |
| lead_opted_out | Fires when a lead opts out |
| lead_dnd_enabled | Fires when DND is enabled for a lead |
| lead_routed_to_campaign | Fires when a lead enters campaign routing |
| lead_sold | Fires when a lead is successfully sold to a buyer |
| lead_couldnt_sell | Fires when a lead cannot be routed to any buyer |
| lead_disputed | Fires when a buyer disputes a lead |
| lead_dispute_approved | Fires when a lead dispute is approved |
