My Quotes
Find your estimates, review the customer’s response, and send or convert a saved quote.
In the CRM: Quotes & Invoices → My Quotes
Find one of your quotes
Open Quotes & Invoices → My Quotes. Search by quote number, customer name or email, then choose a status if needed. The list includes issued and expiry dates, status and total.
- Clear search and choose All statuses if a quote seems missing.
- Select a column heading to change its sort order. Use the bottom arrows to move between result pages.
- Select the quote number or eye icon to open it. The pencil opens editing; the PDF icon downloads its document.
Read the status
An owner can also check All Quotes if another team member created the document. A date warning and the saved status can appear together on the detail screen.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved for review. It has not been marked sent. |
| Sent | Marked sent or emailed through the document’s send action. This is not proof of email delivery. |
| Accepted | Acceptance has been recorded. Check View Invoice to see whether a linked invoice exists. |
| Declined | The quote was declined or marked declined. |
| Expired | The quote’s validity period has ended or it has been marked expired. Review it before proposing new terms. |
Review and send a saved quote
Email to Customer is separate from Mark as Sent. If the send action reports an error or the browser disconnects, check the existing document before trying again. Its public link gives access to that document, so share it only with the intended recipient.
- Open the quote and check the customer, address, dates, descriptions, quantities, discounts, tax and total. Notes and terms can be visible to the customer.
- Use Edit to correct the document. Save and reopen it before sending.
- Use Email to Customer when the correct customer email is present. Confirm the recipient and wait for the result.
- Alternatively, use Copy Link and share it with the intended customer, or use Download PDF / Print.
- If you already sent the quote another way, use Mark as Sent when that control is available.
Record the decision and create an invoice
A customer can use Accept Quote or Decline on the shared quote page when those actions are available. Online acceptance creates a linked invoice. An expired quote cannot be accepted through that flow.
On a sent quote, Mark Accepted and Mark Declined let you record a decision received elsewhere. Mark Accepted records the decision; use Convert to Invoice if you also need to create the invoice.
If View Invoice is already shown, open the existing invoice. Do not create a second invoice for the same quote simply because a previous operation took longer than expected.
Edit or remove carefully
The trash icon asks you to confirm deletion. Check the quote number and customer before confirming. A converted quote can have a linked invoice; use that invoice’s controls to inspect its state.
If saving reports that the document changed in another session, preserve your intended edits, reopen the latest version and review the differences before saving again.
