Email Campaign Settings

Set your sender identity and delivery connection so customers recognize your messages.

In the CRM: Email Campaigns → Campaigns → Settings

Start with the identity customers see

General settings hold the default sender name and email address, along with the workspace’s public-page details. Use a recognizable business name and an address that belongs to your connected email service. Existing campaigns keep their saved sender details, so check those separately when you change the default.

  1. Open General and review Sender name and Sender email.
  2. Add the appropriate Admin notification e-mails for campaign and import updates.
  3. Review the public subscription and archive options according to how you want people to find your emails.
  4. Save the settings, then check the sender on your next campaign draft.

Choose how email is delivered

SMTP means the email service that delivers your messages. Telnyx carries your calls and SMS; your email delivery connection handles email campaigns.

Under SMTP, choose the available connection in Send using. Your account may offer its active Mango9 Connections SMTP or a separate campaign SMTP setup. Select the intended source and choose Apply connection. If a shared connection is unavailable, the page explains why.

For a separate connection, enter the host, port, authentication and encryption settings provided by your email service, then save. The Google connection area provides its own setup fields and Connect delivery action. Use Test connection and a test campaign email to check the result.

SMTP settings show the available delivery sources. Apply connection saves the selected connection; it does not send a campaign. Select the image to enlarge it.

Check the complete customer experience

Create a small draft and send a test to your own subscribed address. Check the displayed sender, subject, images and booking link. Once those are right, use the same settings for your marketing audience and review the campaign report afterward.
