Create an Email Campaign
Choose who receives your message, explain the offer and guide readers to a clear next step.
In the CRM: Email Campaigns → Campaigns → New
Start with the audience and subject
Use one campaign for one main purpose. For example, invite people who requested a service estimate to arrange a consultation. The internal campaign name helps your team find it later; the subject is what the customer sees in their inbox.
- Enter the campaign name and subject. Use language that tells the reader why the message is useful.
- Check Sender name and Sender email. Use the business identity connected to your email delivery service.
- Choose the audience under Lists. Review the list before sending so the offer fits those subscribers.
- Choose the email format. Rich text is useful for straightforward formatted messages; choose the visual format when you want to build a designed layout.
- Use tags to help organize related campaigns. Turn on Send later if you want to choose a future date and time, then select Continue.
Write and preview the message
- Open Content. Choose a template and Load copy, or write directly in the editor. Review the confirmation before replacing existing draft content.
- Lead with the reason for the email. Explain the offer, answer an obvious question and end with a clear action.
- Include your booking link or a relevant page. Add an attachment only when it helps the reader.
- Use Preview to check the message. Save changes, then use Send test message on the Campaign tab with an address that exists in Subscribers.
- After checking your test email, choose Start campaign or Schedule campaign and confirm. Check the campaign status afterward.
A useful follow-up sequence
A home-services business can advertise a Telnyx number, let an AI agent discuss the enquiry and book a consultation, then send an email explaining what to prepare. A staff member can use an SMS template for a short follow-up. Configure the relevant workflow when you want these actions to happen automatically.
