Create a Drip Campaign
Choose the audience, write each step and tell the AI how to help prospects.
In the CRM: Messaging → Drip Campaigns → Create Campaign
Start with a clear goal
Decide whether the conversation should answer an enquiry, book a consultation or reconnect with a prospect. Keep each message focused on that goal.
Build the steps
- Enter a Campaign Name, choose the Sender ID and describe the purpose for your team.
- Select the Contact Group. Send Rate controls messages per minute.
- Write the first message and set a delay in Minutes, Hours or Days. Its delay starts when the contact is enrolled.
- Choose Add Step for later messages. The displayed merge fields—{first_name}, {last_name} and {phone}—insert contact details.
- Read the whole sequence as one conversation. Give each message a useful purpose.
Give the AI a clear job
Enable AI-powered replies to inbound messages. In System Prompt, explain the business, services, tone, questions to ask and next step.
For example: “You help customers of Example Company. Answer questions about our services, ask which service they need, and offer our booking link when they are ready. Keep replies short and helpful.” Add your real service information and booking address.

Review and save
- Choose Stop drip steps on reply if the sequence should pause when the customer answers.
- Set the Send Window and check your account time zone.
- Review the opt-out, Do Not Disturb, quiet-hours and opt-out-text controls.
- Choose Save Campaign. Review the draft in the campaign list and launch when ready.
