Meta Business & Access
Organize who can work on an ad account or Facebook Page through the connected Meta business.
In the CRM: Social Media → Meta Ads → Connections → Business & access
Match access to the person’s job
A business owner, an advertising teammate and an agency partner may need different access to the same marketing assets. Business & access lets you inspect the connected business’s people and permissions for the selected ad account or Facebook Page.
Open Meta Ads → Connections and choose Business & access. Select the Business portfolio. If it is not listed, Use a known business ID lets you enter its Meta ID; access is still checked through the connected Meta account.
Choose the asset and person
- Select the Business portfolio that owns or manages the intended assets.
- Choose Ad account for account permissions, or Facebook Pages and the intended Page for Page permissions.
- Select a person or system user from the returned list.
- Review their current access and the permission choices for that asset.
- Choose the complete set of permissions the person should retain, then review the proposed change.
- Confirm the reviewed change only when the person, asset and permissions are correct. Check its result in Recent access changes.
Keep the permission choices together
The selected permission set replaces that person’s current set on the chosen asset. Keep every permission the person still needs selected when reviewing a change.
Ad-account access and Facebook Page access are separate. If the person can work on campaigns but cannot use the intended Page, review the Page assignment too.
Remove access prepares removal for the selected person and asset. Check that selection and its review before confirming. Additional permission types that are not represented by the editor should be managed in Meta.
Work with an agency partner
Partner businesses is the entry point for sharing supported advertising assets with another business. Use the partner’s agreed business identity and review the specific assets being shared.
For example, an agency can work on a client’s advertising assets while the client remains responsible for its own account and billing. Keep this Meta access separate from the Mango9 agent or buyer accounts used for lead follow-up and delivery.
