Meta Account Settings

Review the advertising account name, spending limit, business disclosures and billing summary.

Keep the advertising account clear

Manage account brings the connected Meta account’s settings into Mango9. Use a recognizable account name and review the account-level spending controls before planning campaigns.

Open Meta Ads → Connections and choose Manage account on the account you intend to manage. The header shows its currency and reporting time zone; the body shows the latest saved settings.

Edit and review the settings

Select Edit settings.
Update the account name if it needs a clearer label.
Choose No limit or Set a limit for the account spending limit. Enter the amount in the account’s currency when setting a limit.
Review Beneficiary and Payor. Use the correct legal person or organization benefiting from and paying for the ads.
Select Review changes and compare the Before and After values.
Complete the displayed acknowledgement when the change affects account-wide spending, then choose Apply reviewed changes if correct.
Read the saved result in Recent changes. Use Cancel edits before review when you want to discard the local edits.

Understand the account spending limit

The account limit applies across every campaign in that Meta account. It is separate from each campaign’s budget.

Reset the amount counted toward the limit restarts that counter. Changing or resetting the limit can allow delivery stopped by the limit to spend again, so review the whole account’s intended activity before confirming.

For a marketing agency running several offers in one account, review the account limit together with the campaign budgets so one offer’s activity does not unexpectedly consume the available headroom.

Use the right billing screen

Meta billing overview shows the reported account balance, lifetime spend and funding source when available. Lifetime spend is separate from the counter used by the account limit.

Open Meta account settings for payment methods and currency or time-zone changes. Meta advertising billing is separate from the Mango9 wallet and from Telnyx carrier charges.

Check a change whose result is uncertain

Recent changes retains the requested settings and the recorded result. If the original outcome is unconfirmed, reopen that saved review and inspect current settings before preparing another change.

For a counter reset, check the original result carefully; a later settings read does not by itself prove whether the reset request was applied.
