Billing Details
Keep the company address, billing contact and available invoice records organized.
In the CRM: Settings → My Profile → Billing
Keep the right business information on file
The Billing tab shows Company details and Billing details side by side. This is useful when your operating address and the address used by your accounts team are different.
Open Settings → My Profile → Billing. You can also use View billing in the profile’s Mango9 Wallet card.
Edit the billing details
- Select Edit above the address cards.
- Review the company contact and address fields, then the billing address, email, contact name and phone.
- Select Update to submit the edited fields. Wait for the page’s confirmation.
- Reopen Billing to confirm the saved information.
- Use Cancel to close an ordinary unsaved edit.
Use the company address for billing
Select Use company address when the billing address should follow the company address. This checkbox immediately submits the copied address; it does not wait for Update. Review the company details first.
Clear the checkbox to show the separate billing address fields again. Use Edit and Update to save the separate information you want to use.
Find invoice and payment information
Invoice History shows the invoice records available to this account. An empty history means this section has no invoices to display. It is not a statement about the balance held in your Mango9 wallet or your Telnyx carrier account.
Where offered, Add payment method or the card section opens the account’s payment setup. Use Plans & billing for the current Marketing OS plan and its renewal review.
Keep campaign spending easy to reconcile
For a lead-generation business, keep the owner’s company billing details here, carrier bills in Telnyx, and buyer campaign balances in the buyer billing area. The buyer’s spending with you is a separate record from your own Mango9 costs.
When investigating a charge, identify the service, date and account first. Check the matching usage or campaign report alongside its billing record. This helps connect the expense to the calls, texts, enquiries or appointments it supported.
